Survivor has announced open casting calls in Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Denver and Spartanburg this summer.
Survivor is coming back for 2014 and the show is now looking for cast members for the upcoming 2014 season.
Survivor is one of the longest running reality shows on TV and was voted the #1 reality show of all time by Time Magazine. The show has been around in the U.S. since 2000 and is produced in many countries. Survivor is now casting for season 28 2014.
For anyone who actually may have spent the last 14 years on a deserted island and never has seen the show. Survivor takes a group of strangers to an isolated location, like an island, and leaves them there with cameras watching, to fend for themselves and play the game. The cast is divided into 2 groups they call tribes and each tribe works as a team to complete challenges. The losing team must vote one of their members off the show until it is down to the final few survivors.
The winner of the show gets a huge prize of 1 million dollars.
This is probably the only casting that the show will hold in the Southern California area this summer.

The casting call is hosted by Raging Waters and sponsored by CBS.
You only need to bring your ID to the casting call since auditions will be taped. Survivor will also be having open calls in Denver, Philly and South Carolina this summer.
The locations for Denver have not been announced yet, but the South Carolina audition will be in Spartanburg on Friday, June 21 2013.
