The Jungle Book is about an orphaned young boy, Mowgli, who gets stuck in the Jungle and ends up being raised by wolves and other jungle animals including a bear and a panther. The movie has had quite a few adaptations including a big screen version and a live action one. Now, the story will be retold by Jon Favreau, the director of Iron Man. The new movie will be released in 3D and promises special effects and CGI galore.

The latest about the film has Jon Favreau (Iron Man) producing and directing the film for Disney Studios. The Jungle Book will be a family oriented film and Favreau does not do many of those. Actually, the last one may be the sci-fi adventure, Zathura.
