CW Series ‘The Messengers” Casting Call for Babies and adults in NM

“The Messengers” has begun production in Albuquerque New Mexico and is now casting extras.

CW has a new show coming out this fall, “The Messengers“. On Location Casting in Albuquerque is looking to fill quite a few roles which are all listed below.

They are seeking to cast boys that are 6 to 8 months in age, a business man type 30 to 55 years old who owns a nice business suit, couples, a grandmother and people to portray bar patrons, a bartender, a worker at an airport and a male police detective. The casting directors for the series will only be considering people who are local to the Albuquerque area ONLY, please do not apply if you are not a resident of New Mexico.

“The Messengers”  will be another supernatural themed TV series on the CW network.  “The Messengers” begins with some strange objects falling out of the sky. After the object crashes a mysterious pulse kills some people. The people killed seem to be strangers and not related in any way. After dying from the pulse, the people affected are resurrected and given a purpose of trying to prevent the coming Apocalypse.

“The Messengers” will be produced by Thunder Road Productions and CBS TV Studios. The series is written by “Teen Wolf” writer, Eoghan O’Donnell. “The Messengers” follows the genre that the CW is well established in, supernatural / fantasy based dramas.

We DO NOT have any Call Times yet so you would need to be available ALL DAY/evening. You MUST have open/flexible availability if submitting so that you can work WHATEVER the call times ends up being. If not, please DO NOT SUBMIT!

Location is in the ALBUQUERQUE , NM area.

• Caucasian Twin or single Boys 6-8 Months w/ brown hair (works dates are 8/13/14 and 8/18/14)
• BUSINESS MAN – all Ethnicities (must own suits) 30-55 y/o (works 8/18/14)
• REAL COUPLE – all Ethnicities- 25- 50 y/o (works 8/18/14)
• GRANDMOTHER – all Ethnicities- 55-70 y/o (works 8/18/14)
• MALE AIRPORT WORKER – All Ethnicities- must be comfortable on a ladder – 23-50 y/o (works 8/18/14)
• FEMALE BARTENDER – all Ethnicities 35-55 y/o – Please have prior exp. Looking for someone a bit weathered, with character – should have open availability as you will be asked to work in our bar scenes (works 8/21/14) – you will need to come in for a Interview
• HOUSTON BAR PATRONS – MALE AND FEMALE all Ethnicities 25- 60 y/o – I/E – Think Houston Roadside bar- Cowboys, Bikes, CW Types , etc.. (works 8/21/14)
• MALE DETECTIVE – All Ethnicities- 35-45 y/o ‘Fed Type’ with Business Suits

Pay rate for EXTRAS is $68.80 for 8 hours ($8.60 hour with an 8 hour guarantee). Overtime will be paid after 8 hours. You will receive a check in the mail 7-10 business days AFTER you work.
