I need Brian Baulmer! I know that you are looking for people in the GTA, but if you ever condister visiting the National Capital area (visit parliament while you are here or the beautiful Gatineau hills), I really need Brian. My dogs were sprayed by skunks and as a result we had to replace our carpets for laminate flooring. That was over two years ago and my floorboards have still not been replaced my stair stairs and railing are still not complete. I am afraid to use a saw which leaves the cutting to my husband. It took him four hours this weekend to install two baseboards that were already cut, it took him four hours to cut a board for the easiest stair in the run and bullnoses are missing from most of the rest. I have a bathroom where there is a leak under the bath, which leaves a beautiful ring on our living room ceiling and my husband doesn’t even want to look at the problem. Every time I lament the state of my house people keep telling me that I need Brian and I agree!!! I can send you pictures of my wreck of a house if you would consider visiting the National Capital. I really really need Brian to come and show me how to complete what needs to be done so that I do not have to wait on my husband. I love doing home repair but need help on figuring out how to do baseboards and how not to be afraid of the saw. I am not afraid of hard work.
