FOX Hip Hop Drama “Empire” Casting Call in Chicago

The new FOX drama “Empire” has issued a casting call for extras in the Chicago area.

The Hip Hop music oriented series is seeking to cast some fit male and female background actors for a scene that is described as “super cool” and will require that extras wear their swim suits. Yes, it is mid December, but not to worry, those cast will not need to weather the snow in bikinis because this will be an indoor party scene. There is also a second club scene that is also casting for this show. Those interested must live in the Chicago area and send the CD’s a photo of themselves wearing their swim wear and looking awesome.

The team from “Lee Daniels The Butler“, Lee Daniels and Danny Strong have teamed back up for an edgy new drama series. The new FOX show, EMPIRE and takes viewers behind the scenes and into the drama of a family run hip hop music empire. The new series stars Terrence Howard, Taraji P. Henson and Gabourey Sidibe. The show focuses on Lucious, played by Terrence Howard (“Hustle & Flow”) an ex street thug who rose from the streets and all the way to the top of a multi-million dollar music business. The new FOX show premieres in January and boasts an original soundtrack produced by Timbaland.

For our next episode of “Empire” we are searching for attractive women in bikinis along with attractive fit men in swim trunks for a super cool scene. This will be for an scene we shoot inside so don’t worry, you won’t be outside. This is a small party scene.

This scene will start in the later afternoon or early evening and go past midnight, probably until two or three in the morning.
