FOX “Sleepy Hollow” Extras – War Re-Enactors & Males 18 to 50 in NC

FOX “Sleepy Hollow” Season 2

The FOX TV series “Sleepy Hollow” is beginning production on its new season and they need lots of extras in the Wilmington area for a Revolutionary War battle scene filming for the new season.

North Carolina area casting directors at Asshli Bogart Casting are seeking male extras and Revolutionary War / Civil War reenactors  for a battle scene that will be filming in the Wilmington area. This is for a 4 day booking in late April and the first week of May.

The series follows Ichabod Crane, a soldier in the Colonial Army in the late 1700’s who beheads the horseman in a battle. Ichabod later finds himself brought back to life in modern Sleepy Hollow, as does the horseman who has also come back. He now finds himself looking for his old foe in modern times and teams up with a female police officer who is also investigating the Horseman and a string of bizarre murders in their town.

Season 1 of the show premiered in the fall of 2013 and season 2 is being filmed now for a fall 2014 airing.

Wilmington, NC- LOOKING FOR MEN TO PLAY REVOLUTIONARY SOLDIERS. WOULD LOVE TO GET SOME REENACTORS AS WELL!

We have a battle scene that I need men to play Revolutionary Era soldiers. Looking for Caucasian Males 18-50yr old. The actually date of filming for the battle scene is WED MAY 7TH (PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THIS CAN ALWAYS CHANGE AND IF IT DOES WE WOULD CONTACT YOU ASAP). If you are selected we always ask that you be available for what could be a 12+hr day and could start VERY VERY early in the AM. The pay is a guaranteed $64 for up to 8 hr and time and a half after 8 hr.

I know some of you live outside of Wilmington and understand if you do not want to commute for all the dates listed. Please keep in mind that we do not cover travel or housing expenses.

If you are available for MAY 7th you MUST be available to attend a Battle rehearsal on Tuesday May 6th. I don’t know how long you would be needed so again we ask that you be available all day for the rehearsal. You will be paid $64/8 for rehearsal.

IN ADDITION: Since we are dealing with period costumes you must be available to come in for a fitting on MONDAY APRIL 28TH OR TUESDAY APRIL 29TH.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT APPEARANCE
-We need men who can fit Jacket Sizes 38-44 (please note that these are very fitted costumes and true to size so if you are larger than a 44 we will most likely not be able to use you)
-Must be willing to be clean shaven and not have long sideburns
-ABSOLUTELY NO FACIAL PIERCINGS
– NO VISIBLE TATTOOS ON NECK, FACE, AND HANDS

MON APRIL 28 OR TUE APRIL 29- Fitting for costume
