I live in Helena MT and have worked in a theater costume dept for the last 17 years. I have a BS in Clothing and Textiles with emphasis on tailoring and alterations. I would be very interested in working as a costume assistant on the project. Please contact me if I can be of assistance.
    Thank you.

this is so stupid – Edmonton and Calgary – not looking for cowboys – go where there are lots of natives JS

There are good-looking natives in Ab; Edtn and Calgary. Men who know how to ride, speak blackfoot and sioux!

During the Lewis & Clark Bicentennial Reenactment, I was the Captain of the ponderosa pine dugout Mato Chante, when we crossed the bar at Astoria in 2005. If I can help let me know! I also piloted the historic vessel Angela’s Ark, an 18th century flatboat, down the Mississippi River in 2009. That trip was reenacting the last days of Meriweather Lewis.

If you want participation from the Sioux, Mandan, Hidatsa and Arikara I would encourage you to do castings on their reservations in ND and SD. Many tribal people, especially the traditionals that speak the language do not have the financial means to travel to Idaho and western MT.
