Casting Talent for Outcast TV Series in South Carolina
The Walking Dead’s Robert Kirkman‘s new exorcism series is now in production and has a new casting call out for background actors.
The show is now filming in the Rock Hill area and is looking for talent to play runaway teens (18+), steam punks, Homeless people and city types. They are also seeking talent in the area that are able to work on set with their cars.
Cinemax made the announcement earlier this year that they will be bringing the new series to the network and have placed an order for 10 episodes that will make up season 1. “Outcast” will star Patrick Fugit (Almost Famous, Gone Girl), Gabriel Bateman, Erin Beute, Brent Spiner (Independence Day, Star Trek: The Next Generation) and Cameron Blackwelder. “Outcast” is being executive produced by David Alpert of The Walking Dead. Also producing the series is FOX International. Adam Wingard directed the show’s pilot episode.
“Outcast” is based on the comic created by Robert Kirkman and artist Paul Azaceta. The show doesn’t contain zombies, but it will have a creepy, supernatural element to it. In the show, bodies are taken over…. but this time by demons. ”Outcast” follows Kyle Barnes, a man who who has had a life long problem with demonic possession. Kyle, meets Reverend Anderson, a preacher who also has many of his own demons to deal with. Together, they will set off on a journey that will change their lives.
According to the show’s IMDB page, the new series will premiere in 2016 on Cinemax.

These people may be needed afternoon and evening hours. Must be 100% available when needed and able to stay as late in the evening as needed.
