We seek performers with acting abilities to portray Character Look-alikes from famous Disney films.
This is an exciting and unique opportunity to be a part of the Shanghai Disney Resort Cast and share the Magic of Disney with millions!
We invite candidates worldwide to submit an online application for Character Look-alike positions at Shanghai Disney Resort.
Seeking performers to portray leading roles from the Disney films
Avengers, Aladdin, Beauty and the Beast, Black Widow, Brave, Captain America, Captain Marvel, Cinderella, Doctor Strange, Frozen, Guardians of the Galaxy, The Little Mermaid, Moana, Pirates of the Caribbean, Princess and the Frog, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, Tangled, and Thor.
Performers should demonstrate great presence and athleticism and have acting and movement experience. Imaginative improvisation techniques are a plus.
Look-alike performers may appear in stage shows, parades, meet and greets, and special events.

Included in your application submission, we request the following:
• Your CV/resume (including full contact information) as a file attachment
• Your headshot as a file attachment
• Two selfies (see notes below) as file attachments
• A short video (one minute) in which you tell us your happiest holiday celebration.
• If available, a short video reel (one to two minutes) of your performance and/or athletic work.
Please forward videos by unlisted or password-protected video link and do not send in file format.
Failure to provide all required photos/video or using photos with a filter may result in submission rejection.
Instructions for Selfies:
• First photo – straight on photo angle, looking directly into the camera, from the chest up, with a full smile
• Second photo – Side Profile shot from head to toe. For this full-length body photo, please wear form-fitting attire.
• If you wear makeup, a fresh, natural look is best
Applications will be accepted through May 29, 2022.
Performers will be contacted by Talent Casting should they be selected to move on to the next round.
Note:
To be contracted, the performer must be at least 18 years of age.
The performer must be able, ready, and willing to relocate to Shanghai, China, for the duration of their contract.
Contracts could begin as early as August 2022, for an approximately one-year contract period.
Must hold passport valid until at least November, 2023.

• The submissions and details contained may be accessed by Shanghai Disney Resort and our Walt Disney Parks Live Entertainment partners.
• Candidates must hold the rights to all material submitted by file or via links (videos, photos) as talent casting may download this material for internal use.
• Applications will be kept on file for current contracts for one entire upcoming contract cycle.
• Please, only submit one application per performer. Multiple submissions may result in disqualification.
