SEEKING: Strong African American and Caucasian male and female dancers (early 20’s – early 30’s) with a jazz/ballet and tap background. This show demands that all dancers be excellent singers. All should be sexy and possess unique and vivid personalities and be proficient in all forms of dance. You must be warmed up and ready to dance at your respective time. Men should bring tap shoes and flat jazz shoes or sneakers and women should bring tap shoes and character shoes with heels.
You may be asked to sing. Please prepare a brief standard pop jazz song that shows off voice and range. We are looking for singers who are rhythmically adept and well versed in straight ahead jazz idioms with the ability to improvise.
