Casting directors for the FOX game show have put up a new online contestant audition form for what seems to be a new season.
Beat Shazam is a fun game show which casts, normally in the spring / early summer. The online audition form is currently open.
Beat Shazam is FOX’s hit interactive music game show hosted by Jamie Foxx, where teams of two compete to identify hit songs faster than the competition. The ultimate challenge is to “beat Shazam,” the popular music-identifying app, for a chance to win a life-changing cash prize of up to $1 million.
The game:
In Beat Shazam, three teams of two players compete to identify hit songs across four rounds, earning money for every correct answer. Furthermore, after the final round, the top-scoring team advances to face off against the Shazam app (Yes, you have to also beat the Shazam App.)
In this ultimate challenge, the team must correctly identify up to six songs faster than Shazam. For those that can actually beat the Shazam App, there is a $1,000,000 prize.
