Theater auditions for the Monmouth’s fall production of “The Pirates of Penzance”

Performers, singers and actors are invited to audition.
“Pirates” is set to perform September 24th through October 3rd at historic Cumston Hall.
The production will be directed by David Greenham. Most of the key roles have been cast, but roles in the chorus are available to men and woman age 16 and up.

Chorus rehearsals are held weekday evenings on August 24th, 26th, and 31st, and September 2nd, and 9th.
Staging rehearsals for the full cast will be held weekday evenings, except Mondays, and weekend days, through opening on September 24th. Chorus members should be quick learners and be able to make most of the rehearsals.

We will be very flexible for enthusiastic people.

The Theater At Monmouth’s fall productions are fun projects which celebrate the merger of professionals theater artists and community members. If you are looking for a fun, creative experience, this is it. We will not waste your time and make you sit around when we don’t need you. If you have any conflicts with the performances, we probably can’t include you in the show, but if you have a few conflicts with rehearsals, we can probably work it out. Please come and audition, even if you have questions about conflicts. Those wishing to audition should bring a song to sing and sheet music. An accompanist will be provided.
