Auditions for ‘Hairspray’ will be held at the Arvada Center for Arts and Humanities on March 24th and 25th. Auditions for the show will also be held in Los Angeles and New York.
Seeking experienced performers with strong acting and singing abilities. Dance or strong movement is needed.
Please prepare a 60’s pop number or song from the show. Do not use standard musical theater numbers. Bring sheet music, an accompanist will be provided. No taped music or a cappella. Head shot and resume required.
Equity members must have a current ID card. This is an Equity LORT B production, although non-equity actors may audition. Ethnic minorities and cultural varieties of all physical types are encouraged to audition.
