We are casting 4-6 improv-trained actors to act as Brand/Party Ambassadors for a marketing event hosted by a beer company.

YOU MUST BE FIT, ACTIVE & OUTGOING.

You’ll be provided with a branded shirt to wear, and spend your time helping out with the event— primarily by talking to partygoers about the product and generally trying to keep things fun. There will be a film crew capturing this, so you might be in the background of party shots.

Extras for Cinemax series “Banshee” – Casting Call for Season 4 in PA

BANSHEE is coming back to Cinemax for a brand new season.

This season… the show is filming in the Pittsburgh PA area. The Cinemax series recently made the move from North Carolina to Pennsylvania and hired PA based Nancy Mosser Casting to fill the extras roles in the show. The show is currently looking for a few extras to play a seedy character, a judge, an attorney, some dry cleaner customers and a bar back in the Pittsburgh area around mid month

Banshee is the non-stop action series about a parolee who comes to the small town of Banshee, Pennsylvania and assumes the identity of the town’s sherrif, Sheriff Lucas Hood. Hood isn’t alone, also in town is his ex and previous partner in crime, Carrie Hopewell. She too assumed a new identity and is now married to the town’s prosecutor. Lucas can’t seem to shake his criminal past and quickly resumes his life of crime. Another thing Lucas can’t seem to shake is his shady past. Gangsters, criminals and the law are on his tail and a mob boss he betrayed years ago is still looking for revenge.

According to Variety, Cinemax has ordered 8 episodes for season 4. The new season will be executive produced by “True Blood’s” Alan Ball, Greg Yaitanes, Jonathan Tropper, Peter Macdissi, Adam Targum and Ole Christian Madsen.

“Banshee” stars Antony Starr as Lucas Hood, Ivana Milicevic stars as his love interest, Carrie Hopewell. Hoon Lee, Frankie Faison, Ulrich Thomsen, Rus Blackwell, Matt Servitto, and Demetrius Grosse round out the main cast. “Banshee” will return to Cimemax with new episodes in January 2015.

Casting Young Adults for Netflix “The Get Down” Grand Master Flash Scene in NYC

Season 1 on the new Netflix series, “The Get Down” is casting young African American / Hispanic adult males, ages 18 to 25 to play teens at a Grand Master Flash party on the show.

Another new streaming series is coming to Netflix. The Sony Pictures drama will showcase the city’s early music scene including the birth of Hip Hop and emergence of Punk.According to a story in Variety, “The Get Down” is about a group of teens living in NYC during that time in one of the most crime ridden neighborhoods of the time, the South Bronx. Baz Luhrman is heading the project which is set in 1970s NYC, a time when the city was cash strapped, plagued with street violence and urban decay. According to Variety, Baz had been working on the project for the last 10 years and the show is finally coming together and filming 13 episodes for the 1st season. “Get Down” will be Baz Luhrmann’s first TV series. Luhrman is best known for his films “Moulin Rouge,” and “The Great Gatsby”.

Extras Wanted on “Vampire Diaries” Season 7 Premiere in Atlanta

The new season of CW’s supernatural themed drama series is beginning production in Atlanta this month and there is a casting call out for extras to fill small roles in the season 7 premiere. “Vampire Diaries” is looking to cast adults ages 18 to 50 living in the Atlanta area. The casting directors are seeking background actors who would’t mind getting a bit bloody and are currently casting the roles of police, residents of Mystic Falls, doctors, nurses, hipster types, Dutch folks and more. The first episode of the new season will film between the 10th and 23rd of this month.

The “Vampire Diaries” is a supernatural / Fantasy drama series that focuses on a group of Vampires living in the fictional town of Mystic Falls. The series was developed for the CW Network by Kevin Williamson and Julie Plec. The “Vampire Diaries” TV show is based on the novels of the same name by L. J. Smith. The show has been quite successful and spawned a spin-off series called ‘The Originals” in 2013. Both shows will premiere this fall on the CW Network.

Casting directors for the show will only be considering extras who live in or around the Atlanta area. Please only apply if you are local since no travel expenses are being paid.
