Auditions for Singers and Dancers
Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines will be holding auditions for “Starwater” this month in NYC, Vegas and Montreal. The company’s theatrical production is seeking singers and dancers to audition for the show and paid contract for performances on board ship. “Starwater” is a visually spectacular show on-board the Quantum of the Sea cruise ship.

The show is looking for “star” quality singers in the G3 to c6 vocal range as well as professional dancers.
Royal Caribbean Productions presents Starwater. A beautiful and highly visual production featuring Dancers and Singers all under the spell of our Muse who transports the audience as she orchestrates an eternal fusion the universe and sea to her will. Starwater takes place in our new signature venue Two70 featuring branded technology Vistarama® and Roboscreens™ that can only be experienced onboard Quantum of the Seas.
Seeking:
Seeking seasoned, strong and extremely fit male & female dancers that possess excellent training/experience in jazz, contemporary, lyrical and Tango. Looking for versatility factor in all styles of dance. This audition will focus on dance/choreography and some strength training. Therefore, please be sure to submit a video/dvd of your dance and versatility experience. Videos will not be returned.
Featured Singers & Lead Vocalists (Females only) Seeking “Star” quality female vocalists with EXTREME versatility in various vocal styles. Highly skilled, with strong vocal technique and ability to carry harmonies. Must be able to command the stage, with a strong acting ability and sexy, mature stage presence. The ability to phonetically speak other languages a plus. Must not be afraid of heights. Harness and apparatus flying may be involved. Dancing/ Movement required for lead vocalists.
Vocal Range – G3 – C6 with a strong, controlled belt/mix up to an F5. Must also be able to produce sultry alto notes as well as the ability to sing light and floaty in upper register.
what to prepare:
Singers are to come prepared with your best 16-32 bars of 2 contrasting up-tempos pieces: The 1st piece should Musical Theater number and the 2nd piece Contemporary, Pop/Rock and R&B. Sheet music is required in the proper key. Singers will be taught a movement combination.
