Female Dark/Light Pop/Rap Group WANTED

I’m looking to form a pop group. I’m looking for girls ages 16-22 who can sing and dance. If you’re not the best dance ever, that’s fine. There will be time to practice, but I want serious singers whom wouldn’t mind performing for a living. My goal is to form one of the best girl groups out there.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. You MUST be able to sing. The ability to harmonize will definitely be a BIG plus!
2. You MUST be able to attend meetings/practices.
3. Sportsmanship is key. If you have a really bad attitude and don’t get along well with others, then please don’t audition. This is a drama free zone.
4. You Must be a fast learner! Learning songs and dances can be tough, but you need to bring your A game.
5. Be creative and have fun!!! Even if you don’t make it, think of this as an experience for things you want to pursue!
When you send the email, please type ‘Pop Group Auditions’ in the subject line.
What to include in the email:
-Your name
-Your state
-Age
-Headshot
-Resume (if applicable; places you’ve sung at, etc… )
-A link to your audition clip. (YouTube links only)
What To Do In Your Audition Clip:
-State your name
-State your age
-Say, “I’m auditioning for a spot in an all girls pop group.”
-Sing and dance (Please choose a clean song.)
[ALSO, make sure you dress appropriately. This isn’t American Pie or 50 Shades of Grey. Dress to impress.]
-And most of all, HAVE FUN

If you make the cut, you’ll be contacted. I’m looking for 5 members. Wanna be in it, but don’t meet the age requirements? Please ask a parent or guardian for permission to audition. Depending on the outcome, we may accept some younger singers.
