Chicago Audition
Asian Dancers and Singers
The Center for Asian Arts and Media is holding open auditions for Asian Singers and Dancers in Illinois. The musical theater production asks that performers be proficient in both dancing and singing to audition. The show will run this summer, August 20-21, after 2 weeks of rehearsal time. The location of the rehearsals is the Merle Reskin Theatre in downtown Chicago.
Material To Prepare for the audition
Bring an up-tempo song and a ballad that are appropriate for the show. Also bring ballet and jazz shoes. (Women should bring character shoes with heels.) Accompanist will be provided

10:00am – 12:00pm: Women
12:30pm – 2:30pm: Men
3:00pm – 5:00pm: Callbacks for understudy
