Logline: When a GM factory floor manager receives news that his factory is a month away from closing, he struggles with his next move. He can be a company player and not rumble the feathers. Or he can stand up for the rights of his co-workers and tell them about their future.

Anticipated production dates: Start: December 2nd 2010 Finish: December 5th 2010

Character Breakdown – Performers should be able to portray:
Joseph: male, 40’s, loyal, hard-working, compassionate, who cares about his co-workers well being. When time comes to shut down the factory, Joseph feels the need to fight for his workers and friends.

Craig: male, 30’s, under-achiever with no direction, factory worker overwhelmed with thoughts of failure and losing his family because of the factories closing

Michael: male, 40’s, handsome, hardworking, passionate and success-oriented individual. Area wide factory manager who is cold and rarely feels remorse when shutting down factories and laying off thousands of people.
