Blueberry Pond Theatre Ensemble, a professional theatre company in Ossining, NY, is holding an open call for Equity and non-Equity young male actors (18-30) who are Westchester residents. Blueberry Pond produces original plays developed in weekly workshops, where actors read works-in-progress by member writers. Actors are eligible to be cast in staged readings and one-act festivals, as well as in mainstage productions under an Equity SPT4 contract.
Auditions will be held by appointment at the company’s Laylon Theatre, located in Cedar Lane Park, 235 Cedar Lane, Ossining, NY, on Sunday, May 23, from 11am to 2pm. Actors will be contacted with an appointment time and directions to the theatre. For the audition, please prepare a brief contemporary monologue and bring a headshot and resume stapled together.
