ONCE UPON A TIME IN ATLANTIC CITY
A new musical by Phil Willmott
An epic American love story set against the backdrop of a mighty Atlantic City hotel’s rise from the debris of the Great Depression, through the glamour of the Nineteen Thirties, and the turmoil of war to the buzz of casino life today.
When hotel maid Alice meets the handsome, smooth talking Thompson in 1931 she little suspects it’s the beginning of an unlikely romance that will span the decades and survive, hope, heartbreak, separation and a reconciliation that will melt your heart.
This big hearted show boast an infectious score ranging from jazz to contemporary musical theatre, great comedy and a cast of characters from Mafia-low-life to Hollywood’s elite as our couple battle scandal, separation and even a hurricane to keep their love alive.
