Open Call for Pilot “Brain Trust”, a new detective series starring D.B. Sweeney, in Portland Oregon
The series is supposed to be for TBS and the show is described as a comedic detective show.
Brain Trust is about a police detective D.B. Sweeney, who is down-on-his-luck. His luck gets better after teams up with a trio of Brainiacs and they try to solve a murder. The brainiac trio, strange and lovable trio of uber-geeks from a local think tank,” played by “Ugly Betty” alum Michael Urie, Jed Rees and Lindy Booth.
