TV correspondents for music show

By | April 12, 2010

“The Jimmy Lloyd Songwriter Showcase” currently airing on WNBC’s NY NonStop is looking for “plugged in” music aficianados to audition to become correspondents for the program.
As the format of the show evolves we are looking to dispatch our correspondents to music venues and shows to interview songwriters and musicians and to cover events for the television show.

We are looking for people who have a high level of knowledge about the independent music scene in NYC and around the country. The successful individuals will have a strong on-camera presence and be able to conduct interviews with both well-known and up-and-coming songwriters, musicians and bands that we have access to. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person(s) to appear on a weekly television series. Previous television, film and/or acting experience is preferred but not necessary.
