WHEN: AUGUST 29 & 30, 2011 FROM 6 TO 9 P.M. AT THE HARBOR THEATRE
Solano Repertory Theatre Company is pleased to announce auditions for Larry Shue’s hilarious comedy The Foreigner. The show will be directed by Solano College Theatre’s award-winning actress and director Carla Spindt. Auditions will take place Aug. 29 & 30 from 6 – 9 p.m. at the beautiful Harbor Theatre located at 720 Main St. in downtown Suisun City. Rehearsals begin in October and the show opens Nov. 4 and runs weekends through Nov. 20. Those auditioning will read from the script. The character of “Froggy” requires a mild Cockney dialect while other roles require a southern dialect reminiscent of the state of Georgia. An attempt at these dialects will be appreciated but is not required of auditioners.
No audition appointment is required.
