Our current need is for actors for instructional “industrial” videos that teach people how to prepare for the workforce. Dressing properly, getting the job, interview prep, job etiquette, sexual harassment, client relations, etc.
We are holding a casting call on Tues, 10/16 and Wed, 10/17 at our office located at 10 Industrial Ave. Mahwah, NJ 07430 The time is open from 11:00am-5pm.
We are looking for ethnic diversity. The actor will be working for approximately 8-10 hours/day, and filming will be the weeks of 10/22 and 10/29. We will provide food for lunch and if we run late, dinner.
The hours are likely 8am-4pm or 8-6. Not set yet.
We have several repeating characters and are finalizing the scripts now to see just how many people we need each day, and for how many days. We plan to film for 8 days, but not everyone would need to be there for each day.
The actor will be responsible for the requested wardrobe for their character. This will most likely be business casual, with the occasional suit and tie. We will provide a list of preferred outfits. We will ask the actors during the casting call if their current wardrobe would support what we’re looking for. This will play a role in determining if they get the part as we don’t have a budget for wardrobe and there doesn’t seem to be any unusual requests in the scripts. We will have someone on set for hair and makeup.
*All actors are required to provide a head shot and partake in an on camera screen test with sample dialogue.*
We are looking for as much diversity as we can get. The pay-rate for this production is a daily rate, TBD upon the role the actor/ess is cast for.
