We are holding an open casting call on Saturday, 6/2/12 for extras in the original documentary film. We need girls who are engaging, funny and smart who can show us insight into what it’s like being a middle or high school student dealing with issues like peer pressure, violence in school and the neighborhood, family problems and image issues. We also want to know your thoughts on social media, television shows and music videos. The film will be shown from YOUR point of view which means you get to talk freely about all the things that are important to you!
We are looking for:
• Girls who are raised in urban neighborhoods and attend public school (African American, Hispanic/Latina).
• Girls who are raised in suburban neighborhoods and attend public school (African American, Hispanic/Latina).
• Girls who are attending private school (African American, Hispanic/Latina).
Girls must be 12-18 years old and accompanied by a parent or guardian if under the age of 16.
This is a non paid opportunity but you will be reimbursed for travel.
