Southern California Lyric Theater is seeking legitimate voiced actors for: ÆSOPERA
Tragedy strikes and comedy ensues in five mini-chamber operas inspired by Aesop’s Fables.

Winner of the American Composer Symposium Grant and New Opera Works Competition
Lyrics: Jeff Goode (Broadway Play Publishing, Inc. Playwright of the Year)
Music: Jonathan Price (American Composer Symposium Grant Awardee)

Venue – Hollywood Fringe Festival, 9 Performances (double cast with 2 previews) June 6 – June 30, 2012 (evenings, nights, weekend matinees)

Music rehearsals start second week of April, but music and libretto will be assigned first week of March.
Blocking rehearsals commence in May for all performers.
Rehearsals are Sundays (5–8pm) Mondays (7-10pm), Thursdays (7-10pm) in Pasadena and Studio City.
