“The Short Run” Casting Call

Our pilot episode for a web series (shooting end of May, tentatively) needs a talented cast with attitude! We are currently holding auditions for a seasoned hitman, an upper-class house-wife with a 10 year old boy, and 5 federal agents (30 – 50) that look smart in a suit.
Principle Characters:
ATTINGER (MALE, 50+, Seasoned Hitman. Hard Features.)
Horatio Attinger, a contract killer, has been in his line of work for decades now, and still, only a handful of his employers have even seen his face. Attinger is a true sociopath, though you get the impression that he’s simply professional. He has never failed to complete a job, and he will do anything to maintain his reputation as such.
LAURA (30 – 40, upper-class house wife with a dark side)
Laura Levine was in a rocky marriage even before her husband screwed up and got in trouble with the sort of people who want him dead. The ordeal of hiding out under federal protection has not, as had been hoped, brought Laura and her husband closer. Laura is – however – a strong mother, operating mostly out of a sense of protection for her son. When the hitmen show up, Laura looks to be the victim, but really she’s just waiting for her chance.
Although this project is low/no pay, the director and producer have network tv chops, and are throwing everything they’ve got at creating the most engaging, cinematic story possible (this will definitely be a feather in your cap for your reel!).
