ABC TV Pilot “American Crime in Austin

ABC’s new Drama “American Crime” is now filming in the Austin area and is looking to cast paid extras for work this coming Friday. The production is looking for experienced Krump dancers and people to play party guests.

ABC Television series “American Crime” for work on FRIDAY 3/21/14. Austin area locals only please. Extras who submit from other areas will not be considered.

Location is in AUSTIN, TX area.

EXTRAS
PARTY GUEST: Male, Caucasian, age range 18-30, WITH DREADLOCKS. Tattoos would be great too but not required.

PARTY GUESTS: male and female, African American/Hispanic/Asian, age range 18-28, hip, cool, partiers that would hang out at a hip-hop style “flash” party where alcohol, possibly drugs and illicit behavior are present.

KRUMP DANCERS: male and female, all ethnicities, age range 18-28, should have experience in KRUMP style of dancing and be able to send video footage. (*higher pay rate – please specify experience when submitting and include a VIDEO of yourself Krumping)

Pay rate is $58.00 for 8 hours ($7.25/hour) plus overtime paid after 8 hours (if necessary).

You MUST have proof of Texas Residency in the form of a Texas Driver’s License or ID, Texas College ID or Texas Voter’s Registration Card.

American Crime” is about the lives of people who are participating in a murder trial. The trial has significant racial motives and the people involved will be forever changed during by the trial and the legal process. The new series is being written and executive produced by John Riddley (12 years a Slave).
