Casting 30 second commercial to potentially run in an international market. Please see role descriptions below. Union and Non-Union okay.

Location TBD, one day of production to shoot between 8/16 and 9/2. Likely one day of rehearsal. Meals and copy will be provided.

GRANDPA – THIS PART REQUIRES AN AUTHENTIC AUSTRALIAN ACCENT

LEAD. 50+ Years old. Grandpa is a lovable, goofy, older man. He loves his family and wants to spend quality time with them, while imparting his wisdom. He’s lively and fun, not afraid to get his hands dirty. Outdoorsy. This is a comedic role, with an emphasis on physical comedy.

MOM – THIS PART REQUIRES AN AUTHENTIC AUSTRALIAN ACCENT

LEAD. 30-45 years old. Mom is the superhero of the family. She’s always ready with whatever the kids (or her own parents) might need. She’s the type of person who always carries an enormous bag, full of anything you could ever need. She loves her family, and wants to facilitate the fun.

GRANDMA

SUPPORTING. 50+ years old. Grandma is the rock of the family. She’s older, but vivacious. She’s as ready for exciting fun as the grand kids.

GRAND KIDS

SUPPORTING. 5-12 years old. The Grand kids are two siblings who are excited to have fun with their family. They’re eager to learn when Grandpa is ready to impart his wisdom. They’re gregarious, physical, and outdoorsy. Obviously, these two actors do not need to actually be related, but they can be.
