The feature film “Me Earl and the Dying Girl” is in production in Pittsburgh PA.
The film is looking to fill a few open featured spots. There is an open featured role for an edgy looking young woman ages 20 to 35. She will work 2 days on June 20th and again on July 11th in Pittsburgh. You mast have full availability to apply because this will be a 12 to 14 hour shoot.
Also, the production is looking for some older ladies, 50 to 85 years old to play a group of teachers. This will also film in the Pittsburgh area and will require several days of filming. The scene is currently set to shoot June 27th through July 3rd. You must have full availability during the week days because filming will be 12 to 14 hours a day. You will have the weekend off.
“Me, Earl & The Dying Girl“ will star Thomas Mann ( Beautiful Creatures) and Olivia Cooke (Bates Motel). The film will be directed by American Horror Story’s Alphonso Gomez-Rejon.
Me and Earl & The Dying Girl is based on the bestselling book that follows a quirky high school aged boy in Pittsburgh, PA. Forced by his mom to befriend a sick girl, the relationship begins to change his life. Well-liked by every clique in school without actually belonging to any of them, the young man’s commitment to the new friendship will be an enlightening experience.

Featured young woman with edgy look.
Edgy, Brunette Caucasian female ages 20-35 years old needed as a featured extra on “Me and Earl and the Dying Girl” this Friday, June 20th as well as Friday, July 11th. Must have a car and live in or near the Pittsburgh area. Must be available both dates to submit. 12-14 hour days.
Girl should be naturally brunette and be between 5’1-5’6 tall and weigh between 100lbs-140lbs. Eastern European looking. They’d like her to have an edgier look but not a lot of tattoos.

Older ladies to play teachers
Mosser Casting is looking for extras ages 50-85 years old to play teachers in a scene for the feature film, “Me and Earl and the Dying Girl”.
Pay is minimum wage for the first 8 hours and time and a half after that. MUST HAVE A CAR TO GET TO SET AND LIVE IN OR NEAR THE PITTSBURGH, AREA. Call times could be early morning or could be overnight. Expect a 12-14 hour day.
Must be available Friday,June 27th – Thursday, July 3rd, No weekends. Must be available to work several days in this time period.
Anyone who submits themselves should be aware that there will be cigarette smoke used in some of the scenes.
