The Food Network is holding a casting call for their new cooking competition show, “Food Truck Face-off“. The show is looking for teams of 2 who have never owned a food truck but have been dreaming of starting their own food truck business. Yep, this show is looking for Food Truck rookies only! Food Truck Face Off is only interested in competitors who have never owned a restaurant or food business. Culinary experience is OK though.
The show will have new teams compete on every episode and the winning team will get a 1 year lease on a food truck to get their business off the ground.
Those interested in trying out for the food Network show have a chance to audition in Toronto, Canada and Austin Texas.

We are looking for teams of two from all walks of life who haven’t owned a food truck or a restaurant before. We’re looking for home chefs, line cooks, prep cooks, foodies, bakers, recent culinary grads, or even a natural in the kitchen with a great recipe idea, etc. The teams should be fun duos with great chemistry and a shared desire to co-own their very first food truck.
