Extras Casting information for CSI
The hit show CSI is now filming episodes for the new season and Sande Alessi Casting in Los Angeles is casting men between the ages of 18 and 28 who are comfortable wearing swimsuits on set. The scene will be filming in the L.A. area this week on the 6th and will be a pool party scene. The notice states that they are only considering background actors who live in the Los Angeles area and have not worked on the show in the last 8 weeks.
CSI: is now filming season 15 in the Los Angeles area. The long running crime drama first aired in 2000. The show was created by Anthony E. Zuiker and Jerry Bruckheimer serves as one of the producers. While the show is set in Las Vegas, the majority of the series is filmed at Universal Studios in L.A.’s San Fernando Valley.
The show has seen a few turn overs in the male lead. William Petersen played Gil Grissom for the first 8 seasons. Laurence Fishburne took the role over in the 9th season and for the past few years Ted Danson has played the boss at CSI: Las Vegas.
