This promotional film is to encourage and inform people to sign up for an annual “Wellness Program”, which provides preventive care screenings to patients above the age of 65.
We are looking to have a 1 day shoot during the month of July. The shoot date is flexible depending on availability.
Please submit a headshot, brief description of yourself and any relevant experience.
ROLE:
A woman in her mid 60’s-70’s nervously approaches the stairs and looks down, she is on the verge of falling. There is no dialogue in this scene.
ROLE:
We are looking for a male in his 60’s-70’s. This character is disheveled, sitting on the couch and suffering from depression. There is no dialogue in this scene.
ROLE:
We are looking for a male or female in their 60’s-70’s. This character is suffering from Diabetes and injects their forearm with insulin. There is no dialogue in this scene.
ROLE:
We are looking for a woman in her 60’s-70’s. This character suffers from Dementia, she is disoriented and does not recognize her husband. There is one line of dialogue.
ROLE:
We are looking for a male in his 60’s-70’s. This character takes care of his wife who has dementia and doesn’t recognize him. There is no dialogue.
