Auditions For Disney, Singers and Dancers In Los Angeles

Disney casting directors will be in Los Angeles next week holding auditions for Singers and dancers to work in Disney Productions on their cruise ships.

Have you always wanted to travel the world while getting paid to perform? Here is a shot. Disney Cruises will be holding open auditions on the 24th for singers and the 26th for dancers.

They are seeking versatile dancers experienced in ballet and jazz. Tumbling skills and tap are a plus. Dancers do have a height requirement. Female dancers must be at least 5’4″ and male dancers must be at least 5’8″ in height. Disney Cruise Line is offering a nine month contract to those selected which will begin Summer 2015. They are offering competitive pay, room and board, guest sailing privileges, contract completion bonus and other benefits.

Seeking the following roles:

MALES

Dancers: 5’8″+, versatile, diverse, exciting, trained in ballet and jazz; tumbling, tap and turns in second a plus

Tarzan: 5’9″-6’0″, strong, athletic physique, toned and defined muscles, broad shoulders, no tattoos, ballet and jazz training required

Tumblers who move well: 5’9″+, strong tumbling and movement ability, no visible tattoos

FEMALES

Dancers: 5’4″+, versatile, diverse, exciting, trained in jazz, turns in second a plus

Requirements:

Performers must be at least 18 years of age
Please provide a current headshot and resume
Be warmed up and ready to begin and wear form fitting attire to show your silhouette.
Dancers will be taught a ballet combination. Selected dancers will move on to advanced jazz.

Seeking the following roles: Male and Female vocalists, 18 and older, all ethnicities, all vocal parts, musical theatre performance a plus. Please prepare 16 bars of music and provide sheet music. Vocalists may be asked to attend a callback.
