AIRING DATE: The play will be performed live from Skid Row Studios (8th & Olive LA)
Sat 02.21.2015 the 50th anniversary of the assassination of Malcolm X
VO ACTORS NEEDED:
1. Yuri Kochiyama: Asian activist, Asian woman of any age, she will portray Yuri as a young woman; a middle-aged woman; & as an elderly woman. This actor will also read role of Yuri’s Mother
2. Malcolm X: Black Activist, African/American man, any age. Also will read Billy (Yuri’s son); & other roles
