4) Please, tell us a little about you, how you met your crush and why you think your crush is “the one” for you.
5) If we told them we are casting YOU for a TV show with a different subject matter, but we need THEIR help to make you look good, do you think will your crush will participate?
6) FINALLY (and MOST important) we need a 30-60 second video ‘selfie’ of you (phone vid, computer cam is fine) telling us why you would like to participate on this show.
