Casting Real Tattoo Artist in NYC for Lionsgate Film “Nerve”

The new movie “Nerve” starring Emma Roberts and Dave Franco has a casting call out for a tattoo artist living in the NYC area.

GWC in Ney York City is looking for a REAL tattoo artist to work on the film “Nerve” on the 16th and 17th of the month.

Lionsgate Entertainment has signed on “Catfish” directors Henry Joost and Ariel Schulman for the new project. “Nerve” is based on Jeanne Ryan’s young-adult novel “Nerve” in which a high school student gets involved in an online game of truth or dare. The film is described as a thriller with a screen play adapted by Jessica Sharzer( “American Horror Story”). Lionsgate has seen a lot of success with films based on young adult novels such as their “Hunger Games” series and the currently filming “Divergent” movies. Allison Shearmur is producing the Lionsgate film.

Nerve centers on “a high school senior who finds herself immersed in an online game of truth of dare, where her every move starts to become manipulated by an anonymous community of “watchers.
