Featured Roles, Russians – “Independence Day Forever” Filming in New Mexico

Now casting Russian featured extras to play Russian space crew.

“Independence Day 2“,  being called “Independence Day Forever”  is now filming in the Albuquerque New Mexico area. OLC is looking to cast a few featured roles and is seeking Russian Background actors to play astronauts and Russian space crew members. They are seeking male and female talent in the area that is clean cut and between the ages of 19 and 50. Specifically looking for talent that is of Russian or Eastern European decent that have a conservative look to play engineers, scientists and astronauts. OLC is also interested in people who actually speak Russian for the scenes. Men applying must be willing to get a military haircut if cast. This will work on the 5th of next month at Albuquerque studios.

ID2  is set 20 years after the initial invasion. The aliens will be returning to Earth to finish what their predecessors started. “Independence Day Forever”  will be split into 2 parts. “Independence Day Forever Part 1” will be hitting theaters next summer, 2016. ID2 will star Jeff Goldblum, Vivica A. Fox, Bill Pullman, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Liam Hemsworth, Travis Tope and Jessie Usher.

Feature Film “Independence Day 2” for work on FRIDAY 6/5/15. MUST also be available for a wardrobe fitting sometime during the week of 5/26/15-5/29/15 (TBD)
We do not have call/wrap times so you would need to be fully 100% available on each work date. You MUST have open/flexible availability if submitting so that you can work WHATEVER the call times & wrap times end up being. If not, please DO NOT SUBMIT!

Pay rate for EXTRAS is $72.00 for 8 hours ($9.00/hour with a 8 hour guarantee). Overtime will be paid after 8 hours. You will receive a check in the mail usually 10-14 business days AFTER you work.

Location is in the ALBUQUERQUE, NM area (Albuquerque Studios)

FEATURED EXTRAS:

RUSSIAN ASTRONAUTS & RUSSIAN SPACE CREW: male and female, Caucasian – RUSSIAN and/or Eastern European, age range 19-50, clean-cut, conservative, reasonably attractive, scientist & engineer types. (*Please specify if you speak Russian and your Russian/Eastern European ethnic origin)

ALL MEN MUST BE WILLING TO LET US GIVE YOU A SHORT MILITARY STYLE HAIRCUT! Unless you already have very short hair, everyone WILL be given haircuts and will be paid $20 for the haircut. Ladies, as long as your hair is natural you will be fine without haircuts
