Searching for REAL patients with SEVERE COPD who have been prescribed
DALIRESP. If selected, you would be part of a Live presentation in Ft. Worth, Texas (two 45-minute presentations in a row). $700/day for presentation, $350/day for travel, expenses covered +10%
Searching for REAL patients with SEVERE COPD who have been prescribed TUDORZA for “Day in the Life” video. ** Shoot will take place at patient’s home ** $700/day for Patient, $300 for Caregiver, $300 for Location +10%
