Girl Group Auditions

My group is looking for 1 or 2 lucky girls to be in our girl group but you must be able to do these things:
1- must be between the ages of 16-19
2- Must be able to sing or rap
3- must be be creative and help song write
4-have to be able to practice and keep in contact
5-have to have a facebook or twitter (way of contact)
6-Must be a hard worker
7- must be able to video chat (oovoo, Skype…etc)
we have a dream like a lot of other people but need hard working dedicated girls to do it
