Casting directors for “Chicago P.D.” just released casting calls for season 3 episode 7.
The show films in the Chicago area and needs lots of talent to fill various background roles. See below for the breakdowns. The episode films between the 28th of this month and October 8th. Casting directors also have a general availability form that talent interested may fill out in order to be considered for the roles.
“Chicago PD” airs on NBC and is a spin-off of the “Chicago Fire” series, which is also currently filming the new season also in the Chicago, IL area. Don Kress, Andre Bellos and America Olivo star in ”Chicago P.D.” which was created by “Law and Order’s” Dick Wolf and Matt Olmstead.

Monday, Sept. 28th we have TWO episodes filming that consist of scenes that feature: Chicago MED, Police Station scenes and a neighborhood scene. If you are available to film on Monday, with no time constraints and would like to be considered, please submit a general email for the day and if selected we will contact you with an appropriate assignment for your type.

- Male Juvenile Detainees (tough looking 16YO-18 to-look-younger),
- Perps/Lawyers/Civilians in Police Station, etc.
GENERAL BG RATE: $80/8 hours and time and half after that

SCENE: Wednesday, Sept. 30th: Photo Shoot (Candids, family photos, school photos, etc.) Monday, Oct. 5th: Crime scene; outside; gun shot victim

SPECS: Character type should be angelic, youthful, harmless, innocent, etc. Applicants must be ok with this playing the victim scenario and with having SFX blood and make-up applied. Applicants must also be comfortable laying on the ground, outside, for an extended period of time. MUST be available for a paid wardrobe fitting before the scheduled film date. The selected boy will also participate in a photo shoot on set for ‘family photos,’ candids, school ID photo, etc. *Applicants should have a flexible schedule, in case the film and fitting date(s) change.

TYPES: 15 YO – 20-to-look-younger boys to play High School students. (*Sorry ladies, this is an ALL BOYS school.)
SCENE: Upscale, All-Boys, High School. Various scenes include: school evacuation scenes; bullying scenes; group counseling scenes; hallway scenes, etc.

FITTINGS: Fittings will be held over 3 days; Wed. Sept. 30th, Thurs., Oct. 1st, Fri., Oct 2nd from 12-7pm
SPECS: Applicants should look like young, upper class, private school types. Acting experience is a must, as you will be asked to react to various emotional scenarios. We will also be assembling a featured group of boys to make up a BOYS SWIM TEAM.
