Theatre of War Series

The Theatre of War Series is a project in development that has recently been accepted into the Gallatin Arts Festival at the Gallatin School of Individualized Study. It is an investigation of war through extensive research and original plays written in response to the major questions evoked by the material we read and interviews conducted with veterans.
The final piece will be a series of short plays that examine war as an exploration of the limitations of humanity. We are looking for a diverse cast of passionate and collaborative individuals who are interested in investigating this topic.
Rehearsals will begin the week of March 21st, and the final performance will be the week of April 11th (specific date TBD).
Gwen Hornig and Henry Sheeran have colloborated on several theatrical endeavors in the past year and are excited to work with an enthusiastic group of artists on this new project!

We are scheduling 10-minute audition slots for each day, so email geh258@nyu.edu and hbs290@nyu.edu with your preferred date and time.
Please prepare a 2-minute contemporary monologue. Bring a headshot and resume if you have them!
