— After unsuccessfully finding work in their respective fields of study, four recent college graduates are hired into a county library system. —
SEEKING:
[COREY] Male, mid-20s to mid-30s, Caucasian. Level headed and an older member of the group. Unmistakably cool but has moments where his extreme nerd-like comments turn everyone off. Only member of the group that didn’t go to college. Assistant director of library.
[MARGO] Female, early 20s to early 30s, Caucasian. Calmer demeanor and on the quiet side. Worked for everything she has but is at a point in life where she’s a bit let down. Was a film major in college. Runs social media and programming.
[MARK] Male, Early 20s to early 30s. A bit droll and silly but intelligent. Studied philosophy. Works in “IT” for the library but really just runs the sign-in station for the computers.
[HEATHER] Female, early 20s to early 30s. A bit of a spaz and very animated. Often learns the hard way. A romantic disaster area. Studied sport marketing. Works the main circulation desk.
[GORDON SCHLICKER] Male, mid-30s to late 40s. Library system boss, unconfident but loves his job and thinks he has everything under control. Easy to dupe, employees call him “Schlick” for short. Preferably overweight.
[BLOOD MONEY] Male, early 20s to early 40s, Caucasian. Real name is Harrold Steinbach but goes by his rap name. Frequently delivers lunch orders to the library. Works for Sloppy Todd’s food delivery. Tries to act tough and hood but caves to any opposition or threat. Think of a mix between Dabu from Be Cool and J-Roc from Trailer Park Boys.
