Sounds of Christmas Auditions Oct. 1st & 2nd

Seeking singers, spoken word actors and dancers.
This production tells the Christmas story told through immersive sound. A fusion of sounds of the season: instrumental (rhythmic and melodic), song, and spoken word. These sounds are supported by the visuals of acting, dance, art, lighting, and video, which culminate together leading us from our need for a Savior to the birth of Christ.
Singers- Seeking pop/contemporary vocals. Please prepare a portion of a song to sing acapella.
Spoken Word- Please prepare a spoken word performance under 2 minutes in length demonstrating the dynamics of tone, facial expressions, gestures, and an emotional connection to the material.
Dancers- Please prepare a choreographed dance performance under 2 minutes in length demonstrating ability and an emotional connection to the material.
Rehearsals
Read-through with cast & crew meet and greet Oct. 29th 9-11am
Wed. nights 7-9pm starting Nov. 2th with some possible Sat. morning and Mon. evening dates (TBD).
Tech/Dress Rehearsals: Nov. 29th (tech), Dec. 1st (tech/dress), Dec. 2nd (dress), Dec. 5th (dress), Dec. 6th (dress)
Performances: Dec. 7th (opening night 7pm), 9th (7pm), 10th (3pm), 11th (3 & 6pm)
Bring a headshot and resume (not required) to the audition.
Salary is a per-performance stipend for featured performers
