Jigsaw Casting Ltd. Is Seeking Interesting and Quirky Faces For an Upcoming Coffee Campaign!

Roles:
Please do not limit, include any and all wacky, bizarre and interesting types.

Head of Mission Control – Male, open ethnicity. Age range is 40 to 55 years old. Going for a late 1960’s, early 1970’s vibe. What he lacks in knowledge and leadership, he makes up for it with his confidence. – Flat top, aviators, mustache. – Cocky, confident, and in charge. While cocky and self-important, this guy is only cool in his own mind. He likes to think that he brings a bit of swagger to NASA, but in the real world this guy is definitely a dork. (George Mendez from OITNB, The guys from Super Troopers, Gust Avrakotos from Charlie Wilson’s War, etc)

Safety Guy – Male, open ethnicity. Age range is 35 to 45 years old. Going for a late 1960’s, early 1970’s vibe. He’s unimposing, meticulous, and the type of guy who numbers his white shirts. A firm believer that rules are meant to be followed. – Even though nobody listens to his warnings, he keeps fighting the good fight. He is the most serious man in the room. His range of excitability starts and ends at 1.
(Dwight Schrute from The Office, Brick Tamland from Anchorman, Lestre Nygaard from Fargo, etc)

Communications Officer – Female, open ethnicity. Age range is 25 to 35 years old. Don’t let her smile fool you, she’s not afraid to be loud, bossy, and get work done. – She’s the ultimate team player. – All she cares about is winning as a team. Very competitive. She’s not flashy. Biz casual 1970’s work attire. In college she was the captain of the debate team as well as the polo club; she grew up in a household of brothers who she routinely beat up, and despite her feminine-mousy look, she is totally comfortable being one of the guys. (Kimmy from The Incredible Kimmy Schmidt, Sally Hawkins, Leslie Knope from Parks and Rec, Sue Sylvester from Glee, etc.)

Melvin – Male, open ethnicity. Age range is 40 to 65 years old. Going for a late 1960’s, early 1970’s vibe. He’s the unassuming, unexpected hero that accidentally saves the day. – Doesn’t even know that he’s the hero of the story. – Very unassuming, never was the popular guy. Melvin is that guy in the office who seems like he may have come with the building (no one can remember who hired him). He has that totally harmless quality that causes him to be overlooked. (Kevin Malone from the Office, Milton Waddams from Office Space, etc)
