Synopsis: After seven years, the Ellerbe foster kids reunite in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to discover their mom, Natalie, has passed away. A 20-million-dollar inheritance is left to her pet dog, Shelby. The Ellerbe kids must set aside their differences to complete a whacky and impossible list of chores for Shelby within 24 hours to lay claim to their mother’s mega million-dollar fortune.
Raymond “Ray” Ellerbe (28)
Height: 6’1”
Ethnicity/nationality: Caucasian
Quick Bio: Never had much to say. Not the best a being vulnerable. Always checking his watch. Time is important to him because he never seems to have enough. Doesn’t shy away from an honest joke or two. He loves his wife. Lacks faith in his ability to take care of others which torments him.
Jaleesa Ellerbe (28)
Height: 5’10”
Ethnicity/Nationality: African American or Black
Quick Bio: A workaholic. Big time workaholic. And a horrible cook to boot. Even the modern microwave proves to be a common foe to her. She’s super cautious. Perhaps too cautious but witty. Afraid to live life outside the box. She’s a pretty damn good poet but keeps it to herself.
Austin Ellerbe (27)
Height: 6’0”
Ethnicity/ Nationality: Asian American
Quick bio: Handsome but on the rough side. He works as a butler. And he’s just fine with that. He’s seen the world. Believes in different avenues leading to “successful”. Doesn’t mind setting the record straight with anyone. Sees things for face value.
Luis Ellerbe (27)
Height: 5’11”
Ethnicity/Nationality: Hispanic
Bio: Prankster. Complete instigator. A jerk from top to bottom. His level of sensitivity to any given circumstance is basically zero. Likes to stick his nose in where it doesn’t belong. His wife kicked him out the house because he refuses to shave his beard to uphold a bet he lost in a card game. A man of faith.
Dakota Ellerbe (25)
Height: 5’8”
Ethnicity/Nationality: Native American
Bio: The worst narcissist money can buy. She is very narrow minded but has a heart the size of Texas. Hates pets. Hates loud noises. Hates problems. Loves her family but would never say it in a million years.
Darryl “boo-boo” Ellerbe (24)
Height: 6’0”
Ethnicity/Nationality: African American/Black
Bio: He DJ’s at night. But finds himself dissatisfied with the life. Loves music but not enough to keep at it seriously. Carries a notebook with recipes in it. Adores his girlfriend and tolerates opinion on being a lawyer instead of low-class chef. His brothers and sisters casually call him “boo-boo” since he is the baby of the family.
Nisha Dhaliwal (22)
Height: 5’9”
Ethnicity/Nationality: Middle Eastern
Bio: Darryl’s girlfriend. Nisha met Darryl two years ago. She’s a freckled faced intermediate poker player. Wishes she had finished school instead. Can’t stand Jaleesa or Raymond. They pick on her but she stands her ground.
Sylvia Maddox (57)
Height: 5’8”
Ethnicity/Nationality: Italian
Bio: Her best friend was Natalie Ellerbe. She is sharp. Definitely the no nonsense-type.
Also she is a lawyer and secretly the real proprietor of Natalie’s million dollar fortune.
