Seeking professional dancers with experience in jazz as well as all types. The ability to sing is a HUGE PLUS. No preparation necessary. Dancers will be given steps by choreographer and will be expected to do some improvisation. If you sing, please come prepared to sing a capella.
This is an original piece based on the poetry of Langston Hughes. The story will be told through poetry, singing, dancing, and jazz music.
Pay: $400
Rehearsals begin in August and are scheduled 2-3 times/week.
The show will be October 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th.
