Open Call for Elmo Rocks

Busch Gardens Tampa will hold open auditions on Monday, February 29th seeking female vocalists who act, female actors who sing, and costumed characters for our Elmo Rocks show.
Please complete an online application at BuschGardensJobs.com prior to attending the audition. (Search for Entertainment positions at Busch Gardens Tampa and complete an application for the appropriate role).
If needed, callbacks will be held at a later date.
Please bring a current headshot and resume to the audition.
Please plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to the call time to complete audition paperwork. It is very important to be on time; late arrivals will not be permitted to audition.
If you are auditioning for multiple talents, please arrive at the time for your earliest talent.
6:00pm – Costumed Characters
Be prepared to learn a dance combination and improvisation.
7:30pm -Female Actors who sing/Female Vocalists who act
Please prepare two upbeat 16-32 bars selections: one pop and one musical theater.
Please prepare a one minute family friendly monologue.
An accompanist will not be provided, please bring a CD/iPod (or phone) with your music on it.
A cappella auditions are not permitted.
Must be able to pick up choreography.
Kid Friendly Role.
Directions:
We are located on the south side of E. Bougainvillea Ave. Once you pull into the driveway, please park on your right in the Human Resources parking lot. Please wait outside the security station until the guard has advised you that you may proceed to the Entertainment building.
From I275 — Exit onto Busch Blvd and head east on Busch Blvd. Turn left at the 30th Street light. Go through one light and make a right at the next light, E. Bougainvillea Ave. Turn right into the Employee Entrance.
From I75 — Exit onto Fowler Ave/Hwy 582 and head west Fowler. Turn left at the McKinley Dr/N 40th Street light. Make a right at the first light, E. Bougainvillea Ave. Turn left into the Employee Entrance.
