On 3 Dance Company Auditions

On 3 Dance Company, a small but mighty dance company in the bay area, is looking for dancers!
We are looking for enthusiastic, responsible, good humored, quick learners who will add to the positive dynamic that we have in On 3. You must be available to rehearse primarily on Fridays and/or Saturdays in Vallejo, Sacramento, and Davis Areas. You must be 21 or over. Please do not respond if you do not have the time to commit to a dance company or if you do not have any performance experience. We would like to see someone with some Modern Dance Technique and/or some Hip-Hop Technique, but all are very welcome to audition.
We are looking for people to work with both On 3 Dance Co as well as a collaboration project that could add on more performance opportunities. Payment will be dependent on each gig. If we don’t get paid, neither do you. You will be given the opportunity to work with some unbelievably talented dancers as well as a true grass roots dance company.

Who’s On 3?
On 3 is a small grass roots dance company that utilizes the theatrical fusion of modern technique and hip hop to tell stories that are characteristic of the common person. Our collaborative pieces delve into the diverse themes of self-discovery, the achievement of one’s dreams, and the promotion of tolerance and acceptance in each other’s lives. By integrating the theories of modern dance with the raw, grounded power of hip hop, we are able to experiment with a fresh, new take on dance as a storytelling art form.
