Breathe Gospel Stageplay

CASTING CALL: One Hope Productions will be holding auditions for the upcoming stageplay Breathe on Saturday, November 11, 2017. The show will be on Saturday, March 24, 2018 at Twichell Auditorium in Spartanburg, SC.
“Breathe”, is the woman’s anthem and man’s love song to her soul. There is a sisterhood that cuts deeper than blood and the ladies of St. Spence Ave know it to be true because it’s in their DNA. All is fair in love and war but when you cross a sister you’d better be ready for the battle. On March 24th don’t Gasp…BREATHE!
We are looking to cast the following roles:
Sissy – 30 and up female (any race) Sassy chic from the hood that runs her businesses like she used to run the streets.
Lei – 30 and up female (any race) A backslider whose roots come from a 20-year lineage of preachers who is ignoring her calling to seek after a husband and child; however, while in pursuit what was done in the dark comes to light.
Harmoy – 30 and up a female who is battling the news of cancer while in the pursuit of living out her dream to sing professionally before it’s too late.
Dallas – 30 and up female (any race) who builds the confidence of others through her job but struggles with her weight and happiness.
Mimi – 10 to 16 (African American) female who is torn between a custody battle of her parents.
Ally – 25 – 35 (any race) white or Hispanic female who is a personal assistant to Amor.
Noah – 35 and up male (any race) architect in search of the perfect wife but is far from perfect himself.
Diesel – 30 and up male (any race) locksmith with a past.
Drake – 40 something male (any race) music producer and recovering alcoholic that is attempting to regain his all cost.
Skip – 35 and up male (any race) businessman that is a boyfriend to Amor.
